At First Class, our primary goal is to bring a five-star customer experience to your service drive. With our automotive hospitality service, you can expect every door to be opened and every customer to be greeted warmly and professionally. At First Class, we take pride in our appearance. All of our attendants are well dressed and well groomed for a polished, professional look. We provide three separate uniform styles:

  • Black Winter jacket with the First Class logo
  • Black Fall jacket with the First Class logo
  • Black Spring/Summer polo with the First Class logo

All uniforms are worn with black dress pants and black shoes.

Upon request, First Class is open to the idea of having our staff wear the uniform of your dealership.

First Class maintains strict hiring criteria with careful screening of all applicants including a thorough review of references. A full background check as well as a motor vehicle report (MVR) is conducted for each individual.

Upon hiring, every staff member undergoes a rigorous training program to learn proper customer service and other skills including: communication, awareness and responsiveness to situational needs.

General Liability $1,000,000/$2,000,000

Covers pedestrians and property damage.

Garage Keeper’s Legal Liability $100,000 any one unit with a $500,000 aggregate

Covers fire, theft and collision to all valet parked vehicles.

Worker’s Compensation $1,000,000

Covers any injury a valet attendant may incur.

Umbrella Policy $5,000,000

Provides additional coverage over and above our standard limits of liability.
